There's No FUN in Refunds (But They Are CRUCIAL to Your Sales)

I can't think of anything I loathe more than giving refunds. It bums me out so much.

But! I offer a no-questions-asked refund policy on my courses. In the rare case that one of my students requests a refund, I give it to them immediately - just as I promised.

But why? What is the benefit of a no-questions-asked refund policy? Won't people take advantage?
