FTC Bans Noncompete Agreements (What this Means for Entrepreneurs)

The FTC's latest ruling to ban noncompete agreements is HUGE.

I have had so many conversations with people who would leave their jobs and start a business, but they can't because the business they'd start is too closely related to the job they're in.

As a result, many people stay at their company and settle for lower wages than what they could get independently.

Well, that is now a thing of the past. 🙌
